Time of Service Fees Schedule: Effective January 2010
New Patient Initial Visit $80.00
Established Patient Visits $50.00
MCU (Hanoun)/ Lordex/ Cervical Traction $100 per rehab session.
Kinesio Taping $20
X-rays $20.00 per film 2 view minimum.


We are not contracted with Medicare, however our office will bill Medicare for you.  Payment for care is expected at time of service and you will be re-imbursed the medicare allowance.

All payments are due at time of service.
